PROF. Dr. SHARAD ARYA
Is a maxillofacial prosthodontist, has undergone extensive surgical and restorative training, Senior consultant at one of the largest chains of specialized centers in North India, and Ex Assistant Professor at Bhojia Dental College and Research Center, Baddi, Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
He had an experience of more than 12 years in specialized implant dentistry, and a total experience of 20 years performing generalized dentistry and oral surgery procedures. Dr. Sharad had the experience of visiting several countries and the privilege of meeting several renowned professionals in the dental segment. Dr. Sharad had a great learning session with Prof. Dr Mazen Tamimi in year 2009 President of the International Division of the German Association of Dental Implants DGZI and Visiting Professor at the University of Detroit, Mercy (USA). He attended Live Surgery on inferior nerve Lateralization which can help in serving the most difficult old age implant patient with no bone and is also beneficial in All on 4 implants & all on 6 implants.
In 2010, Dr. Sharad discussed the tips and tricks of full-mouth dental implant restoration, complex cases of TMJ, full-mouth rehabilitation, and smile designing with Dr.Saphal M. Shetty, Director of Dawson Academy.
During an international visit to Germany in 2011, he discussed the single-visit implant system (SKY FAST) with one of the most prestigious innovators and research groups in Germany Bredent Medical. Dr. Sharad also met with a global representative and the humblest human being Mr. Wolfgang Lechner.
In 2011, met with Prof Giovanni Ghirlanda from Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. It was the most successful event when we discussed how the highest European standards are implemented in our implant practice.
In 2012, Dr. Sharad had the honor to meet with Prof Byungho Choi from South Korea, Founder and main Researcher in the DIO NAVI implant navigation system, one of the most advanced systems in computer-assisted 3D implant planning.
In 2013, met with Prof Zvi Laster, from Queen Victoria Hospital East-Grinstead, England. During the meeting, he discussed his recently developed surgical instruments and techniques and a new implant for post-extraction immediate loading as well as an implant for resorbed maxilla without the need for sinus floor lifting. This added a new chapter in our clinical practice for successful implants in diabetic patients with non-grafting techniques for full mouth implants.
In year 2014, Dr. Sharad visited Tel Aviv University Israel for a knowledge exchange program and participation in live surgery. It was a life-changing moment and he was delighted to be part of recent innovations and technology in implant dentistry.
In year 2015, met with Prof. Dr. Puneet Ahuja from AIIMS Delhi, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, the most prestigious institute in India. He had an enriching experience discussing the recent advancement in all-on-4 and all-on-6 implant techniques.
In year 2016, Dr. Sharad was awarded Advanced Sinus Lift and Grafting Technique certification, from a team of seasoned surgeons well-trained under the guidance of Prof. Carl E. Misch, a pioneer, innovator, and inspiration to the dental profession.
In year 2019, Dr. Sharad had life time achievement meeting with Prof DR. URS BELSER from University of Zurich, Switzerland, a visiting professor at Faculty of Dentistry, University of British Columbia (Canada). He is also a President of the European Association of Prosthodontic, visiting professor at Harvard University, School of Dental Medicine (Boston, USA). Had an amazing and very informative session on CAD/CAM technology and high performance dental ceramics.
In the year 2019, met with Prof. Dr. Daniel Thoma, at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, University of Texas, Health Science Center, San Antonio, USA. He is one of the best surgeons in the world for Perio-Plastic surgery. He specializes in collagen-free regeneration and recent advancements in soft tissue grafting. This was one of the major steps towards advancement in grafting procedure learning.
In the year 2019, during the World Congress International Team of Implantologist (ITI World Congress), met with Prof. Daniel Buser from Switzerland, the Inventor of two Layer grafting technique and author of the Prestigious bible of Grafting in Implantology “20 Years of Guided Bone Regeneration in Implant Dentistry”
Great meeting with Padma Shri awardee Prof. Dr. Shadab Mohammad, Dean Faculty of Dental Sciences and Head, Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. Had a great learning of new surgical skills from one of the best dental faculties in the country.

In the year 2023, Dr. Sharad attended the Zygomania Global Symposium with Prof. Zingari from the University of Milan, Italy, Dr. Luigi Vito Stefanelli Roma, Italy, & Dr. Francesco Gallo from the University of Milan, Italy. Also had a brainstorming session about zygomatic implants for resorbed ridge cases.

Dr. Sharad had another lifetime achievement meeting with Dr. Maurice A. Salama from the University of Pennsylvania, Chairperson of the Scientific Committee of the world’s leading Dental Education platform DENTALXP, Member of the Team Atlanta Dental Practice with Drs. Goldstein and Garber, are famous for their clinical research in reconstructive and esthetic dentistry.
Dr. Sharad had great meeting experience with Prof. Stephen Chen, Professor Melbourne Dental School, Past president of the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists.
Met with Dr. Dan Holtzclaw, one of the great Full arch surgeon from the United States. He served in United States Navy and also worked as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Implant and Advanced Clinical Dentistry
